Also, each referred company or colleague can only result in one monetary reward. For example, if a company signs up for our paid services, only the person who referred them first will qualify for the financial reward. This ensures fairness and avoids duplicate rewards for the same referral.

By participating in upleashed's referral campaign, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. The promotion runs from the 15th of one month to the 15th of the next month. Only referrals made within this period are eligible for that month’s draw; entries do not roll over to future months. upleashed reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without notice, and no further entries or rewards will be processed in such cases. 2. Only adults aged 18 or over are eligible to participate. By referring a person or company, you confirm that you have obtained explicit consent from the individual or company to share their details with upleashed in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including but not limited to GDPR. 3. To be eligible for rewards, referred companies must sign a formal commercial agreement with upleashed and surpass any statutory or contractual cooling-off period. Typically, this cooling-off period is 30 days, but in some cases, it can extend to 90 days or more. upleashed retains sole discretion in determining eligibility for rewards, including the decision as to whether the referred company has sufficiently engaged with paid services. 4. The monthly £25 M&S voucher draw is open to all eligible referrals, does not require a commercial arrangement with upleashed by any third-party and the winner will be selected at random. To participate in the draw, you agree to appear in a upleashed social media post should you win. If you do not agree to this, you are not eligible to participate. If, after agreeing to the social media post, you later request its removal, upleashed reserves the right to demand repayment of the full monetary value of the voucher, plus any accrued interest and associated costs, for a period of up to 48 months following the post. 5. upleashed is not liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from participation in the promotion, nor is it obligated to make any payment or reward if unforeseen circumstances arise, the promotion is discontinued, or any terms or conditions are not met. upleashed's decisions on all matters relating to the promotion, including eligibility and rewards, are final and binding. 6.
